Young Adult and College Students

Discovery Session
During an initial discovery session, we will discuss ADHD coaching, how it works, and have a conversation about your personal challenges as well as your hopes and goals. These sessions usually take 60-90 minutes.

Weekly Session
After the discovery session we will meet weekly for 30-45 minute sessions to work on your personalized goals, strategies, action steps, and accountability plans. During the weekly sessions, you should bring your own goals. These are typically inspired by your current challenges and desires. I will help you figure out what you want to work on and how you can come up with strategies using your own unique brain, individualized learning style, and specific ADHD experiences.
Strategies
Here are a few examples of things that we can strategize and work on together:
- Good calendar habits
- Daily Routines
- Use of digital or paper planners and reminders
- Tracking assignments and other tasks
- Self advocacy
- Engagement in social activities
- Working toward achieving goals both small and large
Coaching sessions will be conducted online via Zoom and include check ins during the week via email or text. Students will receive a summary email of the topic(s) covered during the session.
